Cancellation terms

The right of revocation acc. to § 18 para. Sentence 1 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the 2006 General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply.
up to 1 month before the arrival date 40% of the total arrangement price;
up to 1 week before the arrival date 70 % of the total arrangement price;
in the last week before the day of arrival 90 % of the total arrangement price

Cancellation insurance

We recommend that you take out travel insurance which covers cancellation, additional costs in the event of late arrival or holiday interruption, holiday extension for unforeseen reasons and search & rescue costs.
